Terms and Conditions:-
1. Before entering into present agreement, the available/finalized vehicle shall be presented (virtually/ physically upon confirming from the actual owner) before the second party/ buyer.
2. Both the parties to the present agreement shall enter into present agreement upon their satisfaction, without any influence and force.
3. Only after finalizing the vehicle both the parties shall enter into present agreement, the token money shall be paid in manner such as Cash, Bank Transfer, Paytm, UPI etc.
4. The delivery of the vehicle may take more than 15-20 days after receiving the token money.
5. The token amount is non-refundable upon cancellation of deal by second party/ buyer or by causing of any natural failure. If First party/ Seller cancel or fails to perform the present deal, second party is entitled to claim his/her token money.
6. The Agreement shall be subject to jurisdiction of the courts at South-West, Delhi.
7. All the miscellaneous expenses such as Delivery cost, tolls, porter etc., shall be bear by Buyer/Second party.
8. All the vehicle presented before the parties may be of working/non-working condition and the deal finalized by the second party/ buyer will be treated as per satisfaction of second party/buyer,
no objection shall be raised by the second party/ buyer related to the malfunction or condition of vehicle after taking delivery.
9. This agreement can be accepted/denied through Whatsapp/Email, as per consent of both the parties.
